St. Joan of Arc Mission and Finance Council: Parishioner Stewardship in Action
Behind the scenes at Saint Joan of Arc, a dedicated group of parishioners labor on behalf of our parish mission and its implementation and on behalf of fiscal transparency and responsibility. Our Mission Finance Council meets bi-monthly and consists of six women parishioners and six men parishioners. Their Mission is to study, deliberate and recommend decisions that direct the use of our parish temporal resources. They assist in the construction of our parish and school budgets and closely monitor them. Their collaboration with parish administration ensures that all decisions are truly God’s will and the will of the people. It also insures that all decisions are made according to and in fulfillment of our Parish Mission.
Hurricane Dorian
Thankfully Boca Raton was spared any negative impact of the hurricane and it only remains as an annoying memory. However it is very important that we pray for all of the inhabitants of the Bahamas and also of Georgia and South Carolina. They will need time, financial resources and government help in order to handle all of the damages. Please keep all affected in your prayers.
