Creative Culinary II

2nd – 8th Grade

The purpose of Creative Culinary Club II is to engage children in the art of cooking, to expose children to new foods, to work collaboratively outside of the classroom, to enhance meal etiquette, to learn how to follow recipes, and to learn how to make wise selections for vegetables, spices and other ingredients.  Not only do children acquire a lifetime skill, students eat one of their creations in class and take one of their masterpieces home to share with their families. Each class culminates with either a seasonal or holiday class meal.
