We are body and spirit, and we experience the need to translate our feelings externally. We must pray with our whole being to give all power possible to our supplication.<\/p>\n<p>The workout involves a combination of core-strengthening and isometric exercises, stretching and overall strengthening of the entire body.<\/p>\n<p>We begin with some basic stretches to warm up the body and recite the Apostle\u2019s Creed. &nbsp;Push-ups are done throughout each of the Our Father\u2019s. &nbsp;The movements vary for each of the Hail Mary\u2019s. &nbsp;And a stretching position of surrender brings us to each Glory Be. &nbsp;Each Mystery begins with a scripture verse and a reflection, offering a time of rest. &nbsp;The end result is a feeling of relaxation, strength and renewal \u2013 of body, mind and soul.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any additional questions please contact<br \/>\nRamona Joachim at <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><span style=\"caret-color: #008000;\">ramonajoachim@att.net<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monday &amp; Wednesdays at&nbsp;6:30pm in the Sports Arena.&nbsp; SoulCore is a movement born from the desire to nourish body AND soul through prayer and core strengthening, functional exercises.
