Basically, chemical method using hydrazine has been widely used to reduce oxidized graphene into pristine graphene as it can readily remove most functional groups, but it was limited to be generally utilized in mass production due to toxic gases in the process and nitrogen adsorption [1]. In recent years, other reduction methods such as UV-assisted photocatalytic reduction, electrochemical reduction, solvothermal and thermal treatment [2,3,4,5], have been proposed to develop easier route for the mass production, but it seems still hard to achieve a full reduction [6].

As shown in graphs, high intensity peaks were observed around at 11 in 2 theta angle, indicating (002) plane of graphene oxide for GO thin films, dried at room temperature. Meanwhile, GO thin film, as thermally treated from 50 °C to 100 °C, shows a decrease of intensity for the (002) plane. It indicates the slight reduction of GO and have an agreement with XRD results in other studies [13]. It seems that further analyses are necessary to confirm the change of functional groups by FTIR or XPS in the future.
