(3A) Mrs. Catherine Serra-Garcia holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology and African American Studies with a minor in Women’s Studies from New York State University at Binghamton, and Master’s of Arts in Education from Felician University. She holds NJ and FL certifications for Elementary Educator (K-6)
and Teacher of Students with Disabilities.

 

(3B) Mrs. Sylvia Mejia has been an educator for fifteen years and holds a Bachelors of Science in Socia Science from California State University, Los Angeles and a Masters of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.
